Teachers, if you would like the PVC PTA to consider funding or supporting an Enrichment Program for your class, please complete the application below and submit to Mr. Plotkin for initial approval. Then send to our Enrichment Chair, Meredith Hertlein.
If you require reimbursement for a pre-approved PTA sponsored event, please submit the following Expense Form along with receipts. Please address the envelope to our Treasurer, Miles Kafka, and leave in the PTA Mailbox in the Main Office.
